ITC Acquires 24 Mantra Organic in ₹472.5 Cr Deal:
ITC Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity of Sresta Natural Bioproducts Pvt. Ltd., owner of the ’24 Mantra Organic’ brand, for ₹472.5 crore.
Sresta Natural Bioproducts, a pioneer in India’s organic food market, offers over 100 products including staples, spices, oils, and beverages. It operates across domestic and international markets with deep supply chain integration.
The acquisition includes ₹400 crore upfront and up to ₹72.5 crore over 24 months. ITC aims to leverage the brand’s farm-to-fork traceability and farmer network to expand its packaged food portfolio.
