The Board has also proposed a final dividend of ₹57 per equity share of face value ₹10 for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹3,732.49 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a 0.60% increase quarter-on-quarter from ₹3,710.04 crore. Compared to the same quarter last year, revenue grew 9.07% from ₹3,422.46 crore, reflecting consistent business expansion.
Total income for the quarter came in at ₹3,813.44 crore, rising 1.15% from ₹3,769.99 crore in Q4 FY25 and up 9.05% from ₹3,496.01 crore in Q1 FY25. The performance indicates stable financial growth and operational efficiency in the first quarter of FY26.
